  • Created an email campaign with this content that had a 34.7% open rate and 5.1% click-through rate. Most emails average 21% open and 2.6% click-through.

Proposed newsletter redesign

  • Using client’s color palette, we’ve reduced the email of visual clutter

  • Cleaned up copy to be more concise with a clear CTA and reason for readers to act now

  • Templatized Canva images for future webinars so the process is repeatable
